What a great find. Amazing fresh fries from the original Idaho potato’s. Very juicy brisket and the tasty smokey tri-tip. First time here and great food experience. Of course inside a gas station store it’s not the best atmosphere. They deserve their own place !! Highly recommended. Great personnel.

Went on date night tonight with my husband! We have loved Blisters from back when it was stuck in a gas station and now it has spread its wings and moves to a bigger and wayyyyy better location! I recommend this to any and all who needs a winter pick-me-up!!! We got a date night special- Two brisket sandwiches, two fries, and two drinks for 20! I love you Blisters!!!!!!

This is hands down one of the best places to eat in town. Great food, great portions, and great prices, you won’t leave disappointed. The flavors are spot on, and everything tastes fresh. If you’re looking for a solid meal that won’t break the bank, this is the place to go. Try the wings! take it from someone from Atlanta GA.. The wings are top notch!

the Nashville sandwich is, hands down, the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The waffle fries were also incredible - so crispy! They did forget my Cole slaw, but were quick to add it for me. Great service, reasonable prices, and incredible food!!!!!

The new location is absolutely fantastic!! It is much roomier with ample space for customers to eat. Most importantly, the food is exactly as delicious as it always has been. At the gas station this place was a 10/10 but with the upgraded location they're now an 11/10.

Probably my #1 favorite place to get BBQ food in Rexburg. They’re in a Mobil gas station. I love the ribs; they are so so tender. You barely need to use any energy to tear the meat off of the bones. The flavors are great too. I always get Cowgirl, which is meat plate of 2 meats and 1 side. The other meat I would get pulled pork. It’s really tender as well. They’re best eaten with the BBQ sauce. I love the BBQ sauce I wish they sell it in bottles. The side choices are fries, coleslaw, and drink. I am not a fan of their coleslaw. The fries I got today was not that crispy, but I love the fries sauce!!

I tried the Nashville chicken sandwich. This was so crispy and juicy! Probably the best chicken sandwich I've had. A little Spicier than I expected, so if you love heat, this one's for you! The waffle fries we're also perfect and crispy. The service was great and they were very fast. Can't wait to try more of their menu items!
